is istikarah only read for a proposil........ no it should be read wen ever making a decission its a guidline for us it means whatever we do will be for the best and allah will guid us. how often do u read istikarah... hajat salaah is read wen we need something is that the only time we remember allah... dua is not a spair tire we use only wen we need to one should always remember allah.. wen was the last time u read ur hajat salaah *
